I have a draconis dual boost, which was made by lizard leg effects, who unfortunatley no longer exist. I have no instructions for the pedal. The switch in the center of the pedal mutes all signal in one position. Does anyone know what this switch is used for?

Thread title kind of says it all. I'm looking for a 6 string with a maple fretboard for around $500. I'd prefer to have something non-fender like (body shape and pickups) but I'm open to anything. Suggestions?

the only slotted headstock EB models ive ever heard of were the long scale models they made in the 70's i surely could be wrong though. and the three way switch might just be a mod someone made to the bass, the could have screwed up the electronics while doing it too so that could be a reason...

i've heard discussions about Cliff Burton's intro to for whom the bell tolls and his solo's and how he plays his bass like a "lead instrument" or a guitar.

It's well out of the price range but the verellen meatsmoke is an awesome head for hardcore and metal players. im pretty sure brian cook from botch and russian circles uses one. great od channel.
