My T-bird recently came down with an illness(other than the 3 point). When I plug up to an amp and have both pickups at 10 and the amp about half staff, it sounds like the bass vol is at 1. Has anyone else had this occurrence and remedied it?

For sake of tinkering, has anyone else had a Crate BX15 where they lost speaker output and headphone output and resolved the issue? What was the remedy you found? I have checked all the jacks for the bent metal pieces. I know Crate wasn't up to par at the end of their run, but I am only wanting...
