I think I've reached my optimal setup with the Stingray Special basses and Mesa Subway D800+ amp and 4x10 cab, but I would love a Fender Custom Shop Heavy Relic 60s Precision Bass in Aztec Gold wtih a Tortois pick guard.

Influences and Teachers

I am originally a guitar player, graduated from GIT in Hollywood, CA in 1994, which would explain why my main influence is Eddie Van Halen. Other major influences are Dimabag Darrell, Kiss, and Carlos Santana, but I began playing Bass in a Reggae band back in the late 90s, so I am heavily influenced by Aston Barret and Bob Marley's music. Other bass influences include Michael Anthony, Bootsy Collins, Yacht Rock, Cypress Hill, 70s black-sploitation movie music, and anything that's groovy.

Hobbies and Interests

Main interests are music-related. Recording, jamming, not really a writer, but I pride myself in bringing a lot to the table once a basic structure for a tune has been written. I am not the guy to come up with the idea, but I will have a LOT of ideas on improving the basic concept and polishing it up to a final version. Also like cars, outdoor stuff, traveling and spending time with my family.
