my first bass is an '89 Fury... still play it often (I got it brand new, and until a year ago I managed to keep the plastic on the pickguard). I would like to put a nicer bridge on it, but I find the electronics to be acceptable... today at least.

well, I went to his address today "74 Esta Rd. in Plymouth MA" an oldish (60-70 year old) woman stared at me as she went inside closed the door and didn't answer after I rang the bell... he owes me nothing, I was actually going to try and buy a guitar from him, probably not going to go that...

I did that, he hasn't responded... oh well. His shop is literally about 2 miles from my house, I may drive over and bang on his door. Thank you though.
