Hi, Can anyboy tell me, if the amp produces more heat with a speaker cabinet connected?? I simply dont know, as I use the amp only in the studio. ...and my abilities as an electrician are somewhat very limited...

The amp is fantastic indeed - I hesitated to buy it, but finally did, despite the noisy fan and despite the fact that I want to use it in my home-studio. And to be honest: Noisy it is - everything else is a lie. Wrote to Ampegs user-support, they suggested to place the amp outside the recording...
