    Wife bought me 10 lessons as a present - on number 4 and it's been helpful. Not as helpful as the metronome she bought me though - Before I picked up the bass I thought a metronome was a small man on the Paris underground!

    Just taken up bass after my guitarist mate lost his bassist - never played anything before, but enjoying the new learning - but at 47 the finger speed needs work!
