John, What a silly mistake on my part. Thanks for the clarification... I guess that's what happens when you let embedded design engineers read schematics with tubes on them :)

You should be fine -- Your cab is capable of accepting up to 600 Watts... but your head is only capable of putting out 240 Watts.. And your impediance is matched.. both 8 ohm. If you had a head capable of putting out 600 Watts but a cab that could only accept 240... then you could get into...
