    I worked for Charvel Jackson guitars. San Dimas, Ca. In the paint / graphics dept. I see the issue you're unhappy with. It looks like the green flake paint is overlapping onto the clear side / edge of the headstock.. if im seeing this correctly, i believe it can be carefully sanded off...
