    Which combo amp for a non-gigging bass player?

    Hi, I'll vote for a Roland CB-60XL. It is versatile, compact, reliable and features "Power Squeezer" & DI Out functions. The CB-120XL doesn't feature the "Power Squeezer" so is less useful at home.

    Mustang RI replacement Pickups

    Hi, I know I'm answering very late. According to this thread (http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f38/mustang-replacement-pickups-aero-vs-nordstrand-786749/), Aero pickups may have more output and "fatness" than Nordstrand pickups which may have more clarity. ^v^
