Hi folks iv got here friends fender jazz geddy lee(japan),the problem he has with it is that when you move the jack-plug the bass cuts in and out,with a loud crackling noise.All the soldered joints look fine,the socket is nice tight.Any idea folks? new socket possibly? cheers steve

Herbie played both basslines. He played for all 4 Beatles,but not on any Beatles recordings.

Yep herbie used the rotosound nylon flats. Just repeating what everyones said,but it looks fantastic! just needs some tape on the top of the pickups and bits of old sponge around the saddles :) has Herbie seen it yet? steve
