I think I'm gonna go with Jackson. Although reading the specs, I didn't see any difference in used wood.

I don't really like Jackson's color options, but I do like the price. So far, I've read no bad review about it. I like that T-Bird is neck through but it definitely has balancing issues. Plus it's like extra 100 usd/euros

I'm a guitar player but I want to record bass for demos and such. So I was wondering, which bass guitar should I get. I'm torn between two: Jackson JS3V Concert Bass and Epihpone Thunderbird Pro V It should handle metal mostly. Planning on tuning 2 steps lower, so ADGCF. Sadly, can't try...
