Ok, I connected Ampeg's speaker to other amp head, and there is no buzzing. Everything was in place, I just took the speaker cable out from the reflex tube. So, it has to be something with amp itself. I'll try to double those caps and see if it helps.

That came to my mind also. Buzzing is more remarkable with my Warwick Corvette than with my Fender Precision. But it's still there. I can hear it with all the eq knobs at noon, and volume knob around 9 o' clock. Reducing bass helps a little.

By the way, do any others have this problem: When playing for example E-note from A-string, there is some odd buzzing noise. It's coming from the speaker, but not from the cab or amp part. It's just the same with stock and Fane speaker. Even with the speaker removed from the cab it can be heard...

I don't have tried Alpha in practice, I am only relying my calculations. I have a Fane in my BA108, and it's totally different beast compared to the stock speaker. You have tune you cab again, though. Stock tuning is way too high. It's around 70hz, when Fane seem to be working best with tuning...

By the way, WinISD seems to give somewhat wrong values for Alpha by default. It's better to update them according Eminence's webpage.

Seems to me that Alpha starts working better around 1ft3 of enclosure volume. In the picture below yellow is Fane, green is Alpha in BA108's enclosure, and orange is Alpha in 1ft3 enclosure.
