Well I decided I would use insta and they have been responsive on that platform and say it was an error and are going to send one. Thanks everyone who suggested insta, I don't use that app often.

Thanks for the advice and input everyone. Unfortunately when you go to their insta page and click contact, it says to use email to contact them for shipping and they have not replied to an email in over a month.
