That high note is key but it is a harmonic, it happens twice, both times over the E+ chord at the start and in the stop at 1.40. On a Bass VI, which I believe it to be on this track, it would be played at the 12th fret harmonic of the top string, an obvious and simple thing to play. On any 4...
