    I was under the impression that it was made in '93-'94 due to the serial number, it doesn't have the "Crafted in Japan" stamp above the serial.

    My first NBD of 2021 and a great kick start to the year is a gorgeous JB-45M, this bass is in almost perfect condition and absolutely gorgeous, and sounds amazing as well. The 32" scale feels really really comfortable and I don't lose out on harmonic sound or sustain, its amazing.

    Is it possible to install thumb rests in a semi hollow bass? I want one by the fretboard and one where a neck pickup would normally be.

    I’m a really big fan of using foam mutes and I’ve been looking into getting a bass with piezo pickups but I’m not sure if they work together, does anyone have any idea?
