Influences and Teachers

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez-I know he is a guitarist but his playing style and outlook on music has really opened my eyes musically

Paul McCartney- I grew up on the Beatles and taught myself to sing and play guitar with their music, and still I find myself loving his lines! Good stuff!

Marcus Miller-Not only a groovy player but also a great songwriter. Yowza.

Flea- Who doesn't like Flea?

Horror Novels- I know your like "Huh?" but it is possible to instill a mood with a instrument, even the bass. You read something that scares you or elicits any sort of emotion from you really and you can try to transfer that emotion through your playing to impact the listener. Fancy aye?
