The Line6 LowDown 300 looks interesting. They are discontinued but used ones are out there. But why, oh why, does this thing weigh 89 lbs.? I was hoping for something in the 60 lb. range, and there are combo amps with a 15-inch speaker that come in at that weight or less.

Well, beyond the "basics", online I've read about some "modeling" combo amps like the Roland Cube and Line 6 LowDown which have digital signal processing built in, and they have models that are also in my price range. Any thoughts on those?
