    Fender Jazz Bass 24 V 5 String

    I saw a good deal online for this bass and was wondering if anyone had any insight on it? It looks beautiful and the specs look pretty decent. I'm a big fan of fender and the jazz bass in general, and I play in a jam/electronic band. Any thoughts? Is it worth purchasing at 499?
