Peterkidd - I hear ya. I agree completely that having that particular skill set is an advantage. Still, it's doable.

It cuts through differently than fretless. Plus those steel players like myself who have spent a lifetime developing skills with picks and a slide it just gives us a bit of enjoyment of doing something out of bounds!
