    Fretless Training Wheels

    Howdy, fretless folks: Got me one of those Fender fretless J-basses—the kind with the super-bright white lines inlaid in the rosewood fingerboard. Anyone have any ideas on how to dim them down a little bit? Is there any way to tint them or somesuch?
