    Double Bass String Emporium's new Rogeri and Hybrid models

    Was browsing the String Emporium site and noticed they have some new models of new basses. They have a Rogeri style bass and a Thompspn hybrid model (carved top). Has anybody tried these basses yet?

    Double Bass Cachao and Cachaito?

    Been listening to as much cuban and latin stuff as I can get my hands on recently...especially digging Cachao and Cachaito. Anybody know what these guys used for strings?
