    picking technique

    I LOVE Tool and i love playing their songs (i know all of aenema and opiate), but i am having trouble using a pick like JC. To combat this problem i have grown out my finger nail on my index finger, and i "hold" my finger where the pick should be. i can even tremelo pick relatively fast on songs...
