Hello everyone, I'm new to the double bass forums on talkbass. I recently got hold of a hybrid 5-string double bass. It came with a stock BEADG string set. Im looking to replace them with an EADGC tuning. Would you guys please recommend some string brands and sets which provide this tuning?

I got a MP-201 recently. Tried updating the firmware through USB from V2 to V2.1 from files available at Moog's site. Ever since, the MP-201's LCD has been displaying weird characters. I did a factory restore and everything went back to normal and the firmware was showing V2.1 at the boot up...
