If your pots say 137-6951 ,But your transformer says 7017 is the amp a 69' or 70? Is The dating of the amp when they start building it, or is it when they finish?

Do the 12bh7 tubes when replaced have a tone or volume differance?

I Just bought this amp and I noticed that the tubes in the power amp section for v-2 and v-3 are suppose to be 12BH7'But mine are 12AT'S.Are these proper substitutes?The v1 is suppose to be a 12DW7 And mine is a RCA MADE IN JAPAN 7247.I've read that that is a proper sustitute or is it? Here is...
