Thinking about picking one of these up but i don't want it if the head runs at 4 ohms and the cab at 8 ohms(it's a combo but you know what i'm saying), then i'd have to spend more on an extension cabinet. Does anybody know the impedance of both the head and speakers? :help:

I was wondering if i bought an xlr cable could i connect my amp(ampeg pf-500) to my m80, and power it through the cable? God i hate using batteries lol.

is there any brand of stainless steel strings that i can use to increase my midrange? currently using blue steels i hear that ernie ball stainless steel would be a good option. Opinions appreciated! :hyper:

Don't know which category this would go under. Am i the only guy who likes to use a jazz pick on the bass? lots of people say jazz picks are too small for bass but i tried tons of picks and it just feels right for me lol.

I was literally just about to buy this 200w amp or the 300w version, i browse around and GC tells me the amp is 35 watts. Invalid Link Removed :eek: Would 200w be the maximum wattage the speaker can handle but the amp itself only puts out 35...? Kinda confused...and feel like Peavey is...

Would anybody happen to know the allen wrench sizes for adjusting the truss rod and bridge saddles on my GSR200? would be very much appreciated as i have got to adjust the action on ma bass. :help:

Getting my first bass amp and i don't want it to be too crappy so i am hoping you guys could recommend me some brands or specific models, i did a little searching and liked the Behringer BXL1800 180 watts, and the Peavey MAX 112 II 200 watts. I hear that Behringer amps sound like crap though so...
