I've had trouble playing notes consistently, especially in some songs where I just keep hitting a deep bass note over and over again. One pluck it's there, the next it disappears. Any way or good practice that can help fix this problem? It's bugging me a lot, only started happening recently....

I don't know of this is a problem, but I noticed that when I play, my 2nd and 3rd fingers "stick" together on the fretboard, whether my 2nd or 3rd finger frets. Is there a fix to this, and is it a bad thing? I don't have a teacher, and I can only look to you guys for help... :/
