Has anyone else noticed that the American Professional precision bass is suddenly pretty much out of production? Forced me to pull the trigger this week on one while the version I wanted was still available new.

I recently purchased a Yamaha TRBX 174EW. I'm about to upgrade with a set of Geezer EMGs, and I've noticed the bridge seems a little bit thin and light. Can anyone recommend a heavier more sturdy bridge, or is this not an issue with the newer Yamaha's? I would rather get all the upgrades done...
