    Pick technique

    When playing with a pick, should the pick come to rest against the next string on a downstroke (if you're picking E, A, D) or the previous on an upstroke (if you're picking A, D, G)? I've always played finger style and was taught something analogous.

    Replacement pickups for Godin Freeway 5?

    I am looking to replace the pickups in a passive Godin Freeway 5. It's a five-string PJ bass.
