    SOLD FS: Lakland 55-64 Skyline

PMs replied. I'm not really looking for bass trades with the exception of maybe a 55-02 if it was the right one. I might be interested in a 212 cab, depending on what it was.

Thanks for saying! Hate to let it go, but I need a new cab and my computer went belly up, so you know how it goes...sell now, regret later.

FS/FT Stambaugh 5 Custom Telecaster shape

I'm taking this bass off the market. I've spent a lot of time with it this week and feel like I'm making a mistake selling it. Sorry for any inconvenience. I am trying to thin the herd, so keep an eye out: I'll probably be putting up my Lakland 55-64 soon. Thanks

Here's a pic with a ruler. Center of the zero fret down the middle of the neck. You'll see that the 12th fret comes up at 16.5".

It looks exactly like mine. Mine is definitely 33"; which is what I ordered. I also asked for a mahogany body; that one says alder. Hmmmm.....:eyebrow:

Just a reminder to anyone in the Indy area: I'll be in Indy tonight at the Slippery Noodle, if anyone wants to check out the bass. Have a great weekend!

FS/FT Stambaugh 5 Custom Telecaster shape

It's strung B to G. On another note, if anyone is in the Indianapolis area Friday or Saturday, I'll be performing at the Slippery Noodle. I can bring it so you can have a look. Here is another pic from when it was being built; I think it shows the finish a little better:

Rotary switches and other things I know jack about

I'm still not sure I get it. I'm not sure I can shunt the B coil because it is hard wired to the A coil and I'm going for series, not parallel from D coil to A coil. Once I get out of work, I'm going to look at it some more to see if I'm missing something obvious.

Rotary switches and other things I know jack about

Actually, I'm not sure I can run coils A and D in series. I thought about connecting poles 4 and 2, then pole 1 to signal; but, won't I still have a signal going through coil B? I can't think of how to take coil B out of the circuit...

Rotary switches and other things I know jack about

Yes, there is a hardwired series link between the coils (or there will be; I just got in most of the parts to make it). Thanks for the advice on the split coil, parallel option. I think I might try to figure out how to do the AD coils in series (reverse P). Thanks for your help and...

Rotary switches and other things I know jack about

I tried that and I couldn't figure it out. So, I saw the Bartolini quad coil and tried to base it off of that. The red an blue wires attach coils C to D and coils A to B respectively. I didn't draw in the shield. I was referencing a diagram from bestbassgear.com. That diagram is for connecting...
