I took out the tube that was making the rattling and swapped it with the other one and it was still doing it so I don't think it was a problem with how it was sitting in the amp. I'm gonna get a new set of tubes and replace it and I'm thinking that should solve the problem. Thanks for your help...

Thank you guys so much for your replies! I took the cage off and listened to it and I'm pretty certain it's the power tube. As it's making the sound if I touch the V4 (rightmost) power tube with some pressure it completely stops making the sound and as soon as I let go the sound starts again...

Thanks for the replies guys! I definitely think the problem was the thumb being anchored incorrectly. I focused on relaxing and lightening up on it and instantly felt way more comfortable with the speed. I'm going to keep working on it, and I'm sure I'll be at 108bpm in no time!
