    Im a huge fan of Cliff Burton and after finding out that he had a guitar pickup installed in the bridge of his Rick ive been thinking about doing that to my bass. If i do some routing close to the bridge will it take away support that the wood around the bridge gives it?

    I think that i wont put the J stack in the bass, but seeing how some of you were talking about getting “the sweet spot” for the pickups i had an idea of putting the rick and MM pickups on a sliding rig like on a Grabber
