    Thanks Coreyfyfe - for the schematic - v useful - especially the bit saying delete the polarity flip switch. I tried emailing Ampeg - they said take it to an authorised Ampeg service centre. The colours are different in my one - i think i have worked it out. Much oblidged!

    Hi folks - does anyone have a schematic for the 50th anniversary SVT head. Have bought mine to Australia from the US - it has a universal power supply, but i can't find a schematic to work out the color codes on the primary. Can anyone help? Many thanks, Ade
