    5 knob with active / passive push/pull. Vol (A/P), blend, bass, treble/mid stack, passive tone, mid frequency switch. About 1 year old. Works perfectly, I just prefer a John East pre-amp. New this pre-amp lists for about $250 on Best Bass gear plus tax and shipping.
