Putting a lefty neck on a righty body so don't need the nut. This is tedur (so, plastic 😁) nut, it measures 45mm wide. It came on a lefty neck that I don't think was ever used, and it includes both the base and height adjustable slotted nut with adjustment screws(what you see in the pics), but...
