clean bass day

Hi Talkbass, My Warwick Star Bass (Pro Series, made in Korea) was pee'd on. How can I clean it without damaging the instrument? It doesn't have the usual Warwick oil finish. It maybe has a poly finish? It's opaque gold. I'm interested in cleaning the gig bag as well. Thanks very much!
