fractional

I'm wanting to do some slap stuff on the family 1/4 scale bass, but I still want it to be bowable for the kids. The best option I can find for a fractional bass is Corelli medium set (which isn't going to be as loud as I want). Anything else I should be looking at? Options I'm not aware of that...
