    Aftermarket Steinberger Pivot Plates—where exactly would they go?

    This thought occurred to me while looking at Hohner B2As (closest I’ll get to an L2/XL2) online. If I were to get a pivot plate copy, where exactly on the body does it go? Does anyone have the math on that based on the plate’s position on a real Steiny?

    Bass newbey from Yorkshire.

    I switched to bass about a year ago after several years on lead/rhythm. What a blast! I should have done it years ago. Now I've got a Jazz Bass, a Yamaha TRBX 174 and a Hohner B2A. Looking forward to visiting this site often. Cheers everyone.
