pick technique

Recently tried using a fatter pick on fretless jazz bass/flat strings and was blown away by the speed and tone etc. So the first pick that I used was a Pickboy modrez 3mm jazz pick. Anyway, I have been looking at 4mm, 5mm etc to buy. Found some BHL picks that look unreal but quite pricey...

Hi! I saw Will Lee talking in an interview with Roger Sadowsky, he was saying that he anchors his hand on the pickup cover when playing with a pick. Does anyone know of any videos of him doing this? Do you know anyone else who does something similar? Thanks!!
