I am selling a non-functioning, but repairable driver out of a Berantino HD112. I purchased the cabinet recently and unfortunately came to discover the speaker was damaged, the voice coil is rubbing causing a fuzz like tone and major low end loss. I took the speaker to a repair shop and was told it could be fixed but would require re-conning. For my purposes it was worth it just to order a new speaker from Bergantino.
So I'm looking to sell this, hopefully with someone who has either the know how or resources to fix it. A new one of these will run you 199.99 +34 flat rate shipping. I did take the cab in for evaluation and the shop that looked at it wrote up a description of the problem. I've included a picture of the written evaluation. The guy quoted me $125 for the re-cone, so figure you'd be look around that for the repair.
