The Monzino shop was a production shop in Milan with a good number of makers in the shop and a wide variety of workmanship
Monzino workmanship as with many contemporary Italian makers were all influence by Germanic workmanship, as by this period of time,
the accessibility of fine Italian workmanship was not available to most of these shops in Italy.. so yes, all the Monzino instruments,
and particularly basses had their workmanship influenced by better and successful Germanic shops.
This was expressed to me many years ago by my mentor , the late Dario D'Attili.
