Back on the market.
I have a cool old upright bass for sale. 1941 Kay. It has upgraded tuners, ebony fingerboard, end pin, and tail wire. The neck has been shimmed so it’s not as thin as a stock Kay. It’s currently set up with Spirocore red silks strings, not the guts shown in pictures. It’s seen plenty of honest play time. The neck looks good and I can’t see any repairs. It does have a small patch on the bottom of the bass, shown in the pictures.
I’m asking $1600. I’m located just south of Dallas, Texas.
I’m not able to ship, so local sale.
