For sale 1969 Fender Precision Bass

It is with great sadness that I have to list my prized 69 PBass. Life gets in the way but I’ll be happy to know someone will get to enjoy this amazing bass. The bass is 100% original with the exception of 5 frets I had replaced on the lower part of the neck. I am the 2nd owner as I bought it locally from an elderly gentleman who hadn’t played it since the early 90’s. I had it looked over and set up by luthier Mark Florio of Florioguitars.com It is in extremely good shape for a 51 year old bass and is very light in the 8 to 9 pound range. It plays and sounds amazing as I currently have flatwounds on it. Neck is straight as an arrow and needed no adjustment when I bought it. It comes with the original case and I also have a heavy duty Fender TSA case I will include with it also. I’m not much on the technical jargon so I will let the photos tell the story. I am in Connecticut on the NY line and prefer not to ship but I will travel 2-3hrs in all directions to meet the right buyer. That means Massachusetts, NY, NJ, Penn, VT and NH are all in play.
