Hey Guys, just picked up this 78 P bass and since I already have a P Bass I'm looking to trade for something else. The bass is in good shape for a bass this old, finish is not perfect and has a small hole on the body about 1/4" deep. It has a Bad Ass II bridge, didn't come with the original. Thumb rest is not original, just one I had laying around Truss turns fine but it does need a set up..
The pickups were kinda low when I got it so I put some foam under them so they are some what adjustable now...The serial number indicates it's a 1977-1978, the pots check out to be a 1978, 1377815..Here are some pictures I took, if you need any more just let me know...
