    Hi TB,

    I have a really cool 1985 G&L El Toro E for sale or trade! This is a rare beast and is the active version with the preamp. When I got it, it was desperately in need of a refret which has been done and is now in great working order! The bass has been well loved and played as can be seen in the photos, but all in working order, and is a definite road warrior. Weighs in at approx 9lbs.

    the beast has arrived! enter the bull! this el toros are hard to find. from 1983-1991 only 1200 or 1400 of this made. theyre sought after bg G&L collectors and players bec of the 8 bipole mfds. truly like no other. awesome bass

    I had one of these and like a fool I traded it. The El Toros have really hot pickups. This is a unique and powerful bass.
