Comes with all original accessories as pictured. Was mounted on a pedalboard for a very short time (still has heavy-duty velcro on bottom, pictured), but was never used, as I decided shortly after purchase to just get a Noble Preamp. That has power ports for pedals already built in, so this has become redundant.
