Clearing out some stuff here, trying to simplify.
2x String Swing amp-handle bass hangers $20 shipped conus (new $15 each) - these have straps and hooks so that you put the hook under the lifting handle on top of your amp, and adjust the strap length so the bass hangs off to the front or side. I used these for a couple years on either side of my Rumble that was up on a small table so there was plenty of room for the basses to hang, never had an issue with them. Just don't have a big enough amp to use them anymore.
No longer available Haulmaster folding platform truck cart that is adjustable in depth, holds 330 lbs. $40 new at HF so $25? It is missing one of the bolts on one caster (I have the nut, but the bolt has disappeared) and one of the straight casters has a chip out of the sidewall, but still rolls smoothly and my 190lb a$$ even rode the thing across my house for shiggles at one point.
