I have two (2) sets of very lightly used Rotosound Ultramag Roundwound strings for a 35 inch five string scale. These were cut for a five string Lakland, (GDA) were through body, (EB) were top loaded.
I wanted to try these out on my two Lakland basses but knew immediately they were not what I was after. I was looking for a bright aggressive sound, but these "sound" in the nickle family.
My loss is your gain, these strings were used a total of an hour on each bass before being removed and put up for sale. My skin PH is very kind to strings, I can use a set for a year before replacing, so these are practically new.
