For sale 2007 Musicman Sterling HH LTD Blue Dawn

I have a beautiful 2007 Ernie Ball Musicman Sterling right-handed bass guitar in HH double humbucker configuration. This is a limited edition 2007 in Blue Dawn. You have to see it in person, the color under light is brilliant. It has a matching headstock in the same color and a 2007 LE inlay at the 12th fret. It has the WONDERFULLY fast, unfinished maple neck - so smooth and effortless to run up and down the neck. It comes with the matching case specially made for this Blue Dawn color. I bought this brand new from Bass Central in 2008. It was one of the last ones available at the time and sold for just a hair under $2000 not counting shipping and taxes. I used it very sparingly in my apartment for about 3 years and got too busy with college and career. I tried picking it back up recently but the desire is gone. It is nearly 100% perfect - no dings. The only blemish is a very small air bubble under the finish at the top of the headstock that came from the factory (its in the pictures). Besides that, the finish is gorgeous and perfect. I've taken very good care of it the entire time I've owned it - never gigged, only at home to practice, and always cleaned it once a week when I was playing.

Given the condition, I guarantee you will not find a nicer used Sterling. I feel as though I've priced it to reflect that condition. It will also come with a very nice, genuine leather strap made by Levi's that was definitely not cheap - somewhere around the $50-60 range. It kills me to let this go as I was in love with it when I got it and always thought I'd pick it back up when I quit, but alas it has not come. I really want this to go to someone with more skill than I, which shouldn't be too hard to surpass...
