This is a 4003 in near mint condition. I am the original owner, and am selling this and a few other basses to fund another bass purchase.
$1800 shipped (Price Drop $1750 Shipped). Comes with original case and paperwork. Currently strung with TI Flats.
I also have the bridge cover that is not shown in the photos.

It's a beautiful looking bass, but I just can't get behind the full width shark tooth inlays.

If I get another Rick it's going to have to have the old inlays.

Here is two action shots. The bass is freaking awesome. I am actually sad to sell it since I use it all the time. But I am getting a much rarer bass and I know I can get another one of these in the future.

Which is why I still have my lefty 1973 4001.

although I have never said "wish I was a righty either";)

Just personal opinion, but I think the 4003 in Fireglo just may be the coolest looking bass ever made. I've never owned or even played one but I'd still love to have one... someday.

I've been searching for one of these myself. I prefer the smaller necks, and haven't been able to find one... How would you describe the neck size of yours (thick/thin back to front, narrow/wide nut width)?

Still kicking myself for selling my first Ricky (also Fireglo)...
