For sale is my beautiful 2012 Antonio Picado Model 53 64T Solid Cedar & Rosewood, made in Spain. This model is special due to the scale length being 640mm. It has a rich, sweet sound due to the slightly shorter scale, is an ease to hold and play, but projects well when pushed. Standard scale legnth is 650mm, so this one is 10mm (.393 inches) shorter (and sweeter!).
There are about 3 very small indentations in the binding, and 2 marks from restringing below the bridge. There is also a dark wood grain near the binding on the lower bout (pictured). It is not a crack in the wood or gloss, but just the wood's coloration. It has an under-saddle pickup professionally installed, and also comes with a Shatten Mini PRE outboard preamp.
